The study at issue seems to indicate that people do things a bit differently in North Carolina. But it's comforting to know that people like the man who said the following is around to police the moral code:

"I'm concerned about promiscuity also," Vetter said. "And to be honest, I don't have the solution. ... My concern is these students are in this developmental phase, and I don't think it's a good developmental practice to just tell somebody to just sit around and masturbate. I don't think that promotes relationships."

Hmmm...a study about sex toys. Passed by PEER review. For a group of 7-8 women. For an hour together. With the "research" being done by 2-3 men. Yep, sounds like harmless porn, I mean "Science" to me.

Hmmmmm I think this study is helping with the promiscuity issue, Father...unless something has changed since I left Uni, sex toys kept me at home not out looking for hook ups ;-)

I lived in Raleigh/Durham (Raleigh really) for over 2 years, it's one of the more beautiful cities (not so much Durham).. but NC deff. does things a little differently... there was a durham study once about Strippers, and the media and everyone else was up in arms about that, amongst other stuides. I lived there when the Lacrosse issue was going on... good times lol.

And honestly I have never in my life seen so many umm.. sluts in one city before in my LIFE and i live in friggen new jersey lol. So NC deff is a bit more promiscuous then I was comfortable with... friends sleeping with friends boyfriends, tag teams.. you name it.. it was going on.. so if people wanna bring up toys... please do.. the state could use something else to do lol.. oh and the tag teaming, and friends sleeping with their friends boyfriends.. was just one group of people that I knew... nice.
