2. I have decided what I'm going to be buying my wife for Hanukkah.

3. Speaking of said wife, she is in Hawaii right now. I am not. Nor are our children. They are here with me, eating what I bought for them at the store yesterday: Trix, Pop-Tarts, Pringles, and chocolate-covered pretzels.

4. The McRib is back.

5. Yesterday I introduced my son to one of the funniest movies ever made. I wish I had the words to articulate how hard he laughed at this scene:

Sounds like male bonding flicks, for sure. Your wife is going to feel like SHE missed out. I bet she'll never go to Hawaii again!

Several years ago a girl in my daughter's class got a new baby brother and my daughter couldn't wait to tell us the big news when she got home that afternoon. I asked what the baby's name was. She said with a smile and a shrug, "Essssspin. I don't know what kind of name that is." I asked if she knew how it was spelled. "Espn." Yup.

There is a boy in my other daughter's class this year named "Ahkay." I wonder if the nurse came in to see how the mother was feeling and wrote her response on the birth certificate.

How can you not laugh your ass off at those scenes? Bet he liked the mini bike scene too.

Dumb and Dumber- BEST. COMEDY MOVIE. EVER!!! Went to it in the theater twice and have watched it countless times since then. Still laugh just as hard as the first time! Too many hilarious scenes to mention but yes- total classic!!!

Bonding is a beautiful thing. That's how I felt when I watched Dawn of The Dead with my 3 year old for the first time. Very Emotional.

I used to be grossed out by things like the Turbo Lax scene, but seeing as this morning's before-school conversation contained no less than four instances of the word "butthole," I'd better get with the program.

I'm taking the first flight home.

So now your wife knows what she's getting. But she probably had a hand in picking them out, no?

Dumb and Dumber is a true American classic!! One of my wedding vows to my husband was that I vow to always let him watch Dumber and Dumber because it really is a classic!
